Valentine's Day at Home

I gathered almost all my Valentine’s Day flowers into this picture. Still there were more around the house, but I kept this trio on the kitchen table. It created a wonderful atmosphere to cook and eat fresh fruit and drink a glass of wine by the flowers.

The heart-shaped glass vase was a wedding gift from the Danish Gribskov kommune, where we got married. The ceramic egg is Finnish clay design artefact from Orivesi. The tall white ceramic vase is from Stockmann.

In real life there’s a window behind these flowers, but I covered it to give the picture a more harmonious background. There were even more pink tulips and dyed pink baby’s breath with stars-of-bethlehem in the living room.
